Good Japanese fine dining experience As they specially assigned a waiter (Phil) who know English well. He help to explain everything we ordering. Very service oriented but the food a bit on the steep side and not that interesting .

It was my first meal when I arrived kagoshima for its served authentic local cuisine and its taste didn't fail us!I went there in lunch and the set meal was in a decent portion and not pricey! They have English menu and the staff was friendly. Highly recommended!

Really good food and friendly staff! Try the around ¥3,300 set dinner and you will get a tasty insight of Kagoshima/satsuma cuisine! Cheaper sets for Lunch if you don't want to go for dinner.

Enjoyed their recommended cuisine in a relaxed afternoon. Place is cosy and the staff are able to introduce the food for us in English, the only downside is their menu price is relatively higher than other places.

A great introduction to Satsuma food, and at a reasonable price. My dinner set included the traditional fishcakes and the pork, and with a 375ml bottle of shochu still came in under 4000 yen. It's a nice, traditional environment inside. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the waiter was able to explain the individual dishes to me in English. An English menu is outside the restaurant.

Great traditional satsuma cuisine. Very welcoming to foreigners and the have a English menu.Take your time and enjoy a full course of savory traditional cuisine. However, be prepare to be challenged on the different dishes with the tastes and the wide variety of ingredients.
